Treo 700wx

I am having an issue with my treo 700 wx when i go to youtube or myspace it always says that i need to install flash player or i have my java turned off how can i fix this can anyone help me please thanks ahead of time for the help much appreciated:dblthumb2:

i'm not sure if your phone would be able to watch video's from youtube and things like that as it needs software in background
